My Relic series Fighter is forged from 2 types of steel, 1084 High Carbon core steel and an outer layer of 15N20 nickel steel.  The 4.5" blade is forged from the resulting billet, and after final grinding the result is random remnants of nickel steel on top of the 1084 core, resembling an ancient blade that has survived through the years.  This particular knife has a cord wrapped, resin impregnated handle and Kydex sheath.  A leather sheath may be purchased for an additional $50.
